1.1. Personal Information

  • Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and billing/payment information when you register for an account.
  • Communication Data: Information you provide when you contact our support team, participate in surveys, or communicate with us.

1.2. Customer Data (Processed on Behalf of Customers)

As a financial intelligence SaaS, we process data uploaded or integrated by our B2B customers. This may include point-of-sale (POS) data, ecommerce orders, trade spend records, and general ledger data. While this is primarily corporate financial data, it may occasionally contain personal information of the customer's end-consumers (e.g., shipping addresses on ecommerce orders). We process this data solely as a Data Processor on behalf of our customers (the Data Controllers), in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

1.3. Usage and Technical Data

  • Log Data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, and timestamps.
  • Device Data: Information about the device you use to access our Services.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Services and hold certain information to improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect (other than Customer Data) for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
  • To process transactions and send related information, including invoices and receipts.
  • To manage your account and provide customer support.
  • To send administrative messages, technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
  • To communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events (you may opt-out of marketing communications at any time).

Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting (AWS/GCP), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery). All subprocessors are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Compliance with Laws

We may disclose your information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

Business Transfers

We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Services.

Depending on your location (e.g., California, European Economic Area, United Kingdom), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
