This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website or use our SaaS platform (collectively, our “Services”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:

1.2. Customer Data (Processed on Behalf of Customers)
As a financial intelligence SaaS, we process data uploaded or integrated by our B2B customers. 1.3. Usage and Technical Data
- Log Data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Device Data: Information about the device you use to access our Services.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Services and hold certain information to improve user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect (other than Customer Data) for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
- To process transactions and send related information, including invoices and receipts.
- To manage your account and provide customer support.
- To send administrative messages, technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
- To communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events (you may opt-out of marketing communications at any time).
- To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:
Service Providers (Subprocessors)
We share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting (AWS/GCP), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery). All subprocessors are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Compliance with Laws
We may disclose your information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
Business Transfers
We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
4. Data Security

- The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information.
- The right to request the deletion of your personal information.
- The right to object to or restrict the processing of your personal information.
