Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the acceptable and unacceptable uses of the Manta Finance platform and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to comply with this AUP. Manta Finance Inc. (“Provider”) reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time.

1. Lawful Use

You must use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Master Service Agreement or Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

2.1. Illegal or Fraudulent Activity

  • Using the Services to conduct any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
  • Uploading or transmitting data that violates any law, including financial fraud or money laundering regulations.

2.2. Security and System Integrity Violations

  • Attempting to bypass, breach, or disable any security mechanism of the Services.
  • Conducting vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or load testing on the Services without prior written authorization from Provider.
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, worms, Trojan horses, or any other destructive or malicious code.
  • Using the Services to launch Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.

2.3. Unauthorized Access and Disruption

  • Accessing or attempting to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other customers of Provider.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Services in a manner that places an unreasonable load on Provider's infrastructure.

2.4. Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Using the Services to store, transmit, or process any material that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Services.

2.5. Inappropriate Content

  • Uploading or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Financial Data Integrity

Given the nature of the Manta Finance platform, you agree to:

  • Use the Services to process legitimate business financial data.
  • Not intentionally upload fabricated, falsified, or misleading financial data intended to manipulate the platform's algorithms or reporting outputs in a malicious manner.

4. Enforcement and Remedies

Provider reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this AUP or misuse of the Services.

If Provider determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, Provider may take any of the following actions, with or without notice:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Suspend or restrict your access to the Services.
  • Terminate your account and Master Service Agreement/Terms of Service.
  • Remove or disable access to any prohibited content or data.
  • Report the activity to appropriate law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you must immediately notify Provider at support@mantafinance.ai.
